2024 SWAG HS TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS
Program Overview
This is an intense (3 session) HS team training camp held at Sportsworld in East Windsor, CT for girls lacrosse players in grades 9-12. The program includes strength, agility drills, core training, and conditioning with lacrosse sticks for a part of each session. An emphasis is placed on growing each team's game and cohesiveness going into the HS season. This is going to be done through a lot of reps and specific feedback given to get each team/player prepared to play at the next level. A focus will be on individual and team skills.
**The best part of team training is everything will include music!
**Players are positively challenged to develop and improve their game to the next level and beyond! All levels are welcome.
